Carpet, built-up and super built-up areas are different measures. A lower per-square-foot figure can reflect a larger quoted area basis.

Does this convert saleable area to carpet area?
No. It only converts physical units. You must obtain the actual comparable area from the relevant documents.
Are stamp duty and registration included?
Only if you include them in the entered amount. The tool does not infer state-specific purchase charges.

How we calculate it
Price per sq ft = total price ÷ area in sq ft. 1 sq m = 10.7639104167 sq ft; 1 sq yd = 9 sq ft.
